This was such a quick and easy read, it’s almost a shame if you’ve missed it. At just 76 very short pages, the infamous Ken Blanchard pairs up wih Barbara Glanz to talk about the real differentiator in any business today – service.

Many of you have heard the story of Johnny the Bagger. I’m not going to spoil the story (read it!) but in the end, the only way you change anything today is service. It’s truly the bottom-line.
